this year, i'll be doing a lot of thinking, re-thinking of the values 'imposed' on me, pondering, questioning, enquiring, leading, having more responsibilities to hold, stepping out, being in control... a lot more.
there's a lot of good (and pain) in this.
In short, it's called growing up.
